Delete Account / Data
You can request deletion of your account and/or personal data by emailing us. We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 working daysand complete the deletion (or provide confirmation of actions taken) within 1 week.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to kirsten@careboodle.com.
- Use the subject:
Delete my account / personal data. - Include the following details to help us locate your data:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Optional: Any additional identifiers we might have (e.g. booking reference, order ID)
- A clear statement that you want your account and/or personal data deleted
⚠️ If you have multiple email addresses, please state them all so we can find and remove everything related to you.
Response timeframe
We will respond within 2 working days and action your request within 1 week.
Proof of completion
Once complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email summarising what was deleted or anonymised.
Notes
- Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation (e.g. tax or fraud prevention). In such cases, we’ll minimise the data we keep and explain why.
- Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule; once restored, any deleted records will not be reintroduced.
